AI is creating new possibilities for workplace training and skills development.

Training providers can now use AI to:

• generate learning materials,
• personalise learning experiences,
• create quizzes,
• simplify technical information,
• and support self-paced learning.

This may improve access to training, especially for organisations with limited resources.

However, effective learning still depends heavily on engagement, discussion, practical application, and human support.

AI may assist with delivering information, but facilitators still play an important role in motivating learners and developing real understanding.
