• ethics,
• emotions,
• workplace relationships,
• or complex human situations.

Decisions involving people, fairness, wellbeing, or organisational values should never rely entirely on technology.

Human oversight remains especially important in areas such as:

• recruitment,
• performance management,
• disciplinary processes,
• and learner assessment.

Technology can support decision-making, but accountability still belongs to people.
